It was great and good close to Galway city centre. A shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries were available here. The staff was always very good.

Friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. The location offers a glimpse of the sea and is in a nice, residential area. 🌊

The rooms are reasonably spacious.

it has great and fab setting to centre of galway. plus it's really close to the cinema, restaurants and the lively latin quarter and high street. spacious bedroom and free wi-fi - all you need. the bathroom is clean, relaxing after a long day. there's views of the sea.

Almost perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The apartment I stayed in was spacious and clean, with all the facilities I needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The view from the hotel, especially from the terrace, was fine, overlooking the beautiful bay. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the promenade and within walking distance of the city. The hotel manager, Sean, was helpful and provided great recommendations on what to do and where to go. there were plenty of hand sanitizers provided throughout the building, appreciated.

The apartment at Arus Grattan was like a home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen where I could cook my own meals.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the dishwasher in the kitchen. I prefer to wash my dishes by hand.

Bedsheets were old and worn, and there could have been more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, such as cleaning under the bed and under couch cushions.

I had a wonderful stay at Arus Grattan! The location was perfect, right across from the beach promenade with plenty of restaurants nearby. The highlight was definitely the terrace overlooking Galway Bay, where I enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. The host was friendly and cute, giving us a tour and providing all the necessary information. The apartment itself was spacious, with two large bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room/kitchen area. I highly recommend this accommodation for a great stay in Galway!

There were a few minor drawbacks such as some cleanliness issues with the towels and remote control, as well as dated furniture and equipment. these were small concerns compared to the overall positive experience.
